The deal closes today COB. So they will be a postion to release the information after market close today in time for relisting tomorrow (given time zone differences)

Remember the Prospectus very clearly says. "shares will be quoted on a deferred basis from 15 November" , there is no ambiguity about this.

Directors have the right to extend the closing date of the deal by giving at least 3 days business days notice prior to 14 Nov closing date and that this may impact the date they resume trading. Well guess what that deadline has passed so shares will trade tomorrow.

Relisting deniers are here in droves, not sure what their angle is but its disturbing.
