Well its looking good to me from Todays announcement.

The fact that those noteholders want more time to consider OCV's offer means they seem keen enough.

Just means we have to wait longer...but thats better then going into liquidation.

If we get them on board and the other remaining creditors....then I would say OCV will get their financials signed off to say its in complaince with the corporation act (remember KPMG wouldn't sign off onit?) and then apply to ASIC for relisting.

...and then we get slaughtered on market for a while....it will be a slow process once they re-list in terms of the share price moving back up....but we have waited this long.

OCV has taught me patience which I never had any of.
