www.delist.com.au are a private company that buys worthless parcels of shares for $1 and charges the seller ~$80 in admin fees. All so you can claim a capital loss on your dud investments by actually disposing of them. There's no reason why OCV can't be on the delist list even if it's only suspended from the ASX.

It all just depends on how desperate you are to get out.

Who knows, if the creditor situation gets sorted, OCV might be able to trade on the ASX again, but expect plenty of sp carnage....
