    If the allegations made by AFR are true, the company secretary Elissa Lippiate will be under legal jeopardy as well.

    She was the one who signed the 4 c.

    If the allegations are true, then most of the money received by the company should have been classed as "proceeds from borrowings" rather than "receipts from customers"
