I don't know if any laws have been broken, but I do know that ASX and ASIC will be looking very carefully at every aspect of BIG's business and announcements. This will not be a quick process if history is a guide.

I am making a prediction on the information that has been released that BIG won't trade again, but of course I admit I could be wrong. Only the regulators and/or management of BIG will determine if BIG trades again.

Even if BIG does trade again I think the business model of BIG is worthless. I have thought this for a long time hence why I have not taken much interest in BIG after I originally looked at it a bit over a year ago. I was surprised at how successful they appeared to have been, but I had assumed they were just fooling dumb SMBs into paying over the odds for a YouTube video.
