I have respect for your analysis and when I bought big when it was 9.5c part of my comfort was you were holding from memory . Sold in the teens and was happy until I watched It rally to 5 bucks . I note you sold 1/3 of your holding which hopefully means with your very early entry you have already recovered capital. I do think whether it relists or not the damage has been done, even though I think the business model was already a farce . I do think though that this is the clearest case for deceptive and misleading conduct and some form of class action will have a very high chance of success.
For those that got in early - it’s opportunity cost , but for those that bought in above 1 dollar a class action might be the best way to recover capital
