The reality is it may never relist. The ASX has the power to "terminate" a listing for failure to comply or break any Listing Rule (read this PDF). The ASX needs to show some balls on this one if it wants to maintain any sort of integrity.
Remember that this is/was a company on the verge of entering the ASX 300, which would have compelled institutions (including superannuation funds) to invest their money in. In other words, I could have had an indirect ownership in this company through my superannuation.
