....then if the December accounts are released and prior years restated then their wont be any need to relist as thier just wont be a market for the shares imho

Well it will relist. The ASX take deregistration very seriously and it is detrimental to alot of families and potential parts of the economy with larger companies.

I think it will be 2-4 weeks.

Reinstate all finacials, remove Richard from the board and continue on with business. Which will be sub 1 for sure.
