As an example...

IOP was suspended for a variety of really good excuses for ~6.5 years before it was removed from the official list for non payment of listing fees.

((IOP was continuously suspended from 27-Mar-2013 and eventually delisted on 30-Sep-2019 for non payment of fees.))

Of Note from the above...The suspension is at the companies request????? But trading will not resume until audited financial accounts are lodged!!!!

Not too sure what you are saying here, you think it would be good for WFE to go to NSX because of ... ?
I personally cannot see anything good if the company was delisted from the ASX and high tailed it to the NSX because they cannot adhere to the more stringent compliance regime ....

More of note, the chairman of IOP at the time was Anthony Sage ........
