It's all pie in the sky stuff mate, we have been in suspension for 18 months now, all guesses so far have been very wrong.
i speak to Jason semi-regularly and I am essentially none the wiser about relisting. Fact of the matter is that the ball is in the ASX's court. They have the final say. They alone choose to decide if we have fulfilled the set out obligations of the company to be compliant.
Have the goal posts changed, possibly, but it's the ASX, they are a law unto themself and if you want to play in their backyard, then you play by the rules or you take your bat and ball and bugger off home!!
time will tell and those holding have no choice but to wait. Will the wait be rewarded? Depends on the ASX response as to wether or not we can play with the lads again!! We have been in the naughty corner for a fair stretch, we may have paid our dues!
