Hi fooca, (correct spelling this time)

It might make sense for WFE change to the NSX.

    As an example...

IOP was suspended for a variety of really good excuses for ~6.5 years before it was removed from the official list for non payment of listing fees.

    30-Oct-2014 - IOP annual report.

“Since 27 March 2013, the Company’s shares have been suspended from trading on the NSX market, at the Company’s request, and suspension from trading is not expected to be lifted until the Company has filed its audited financial statements for the half years ended 30 June 2013 and 30 June 2014, and for the year ended 31 December 2013, which is expected to occur during Quarter 4, 2014.”

((IOP was continuously suspended from 27-Mar-2013 and eventually delisted on 30-Sep-2019 for non payment of fees.))

Of Note from the above...The suspension is at the companies request????? But trading will not resume until audited financial accounts are lodged!!!!

Director’s speak and spin at it’s best.
Jason was the company secretary at the time.

    15-Sep-2019 Director’s speak

“In the meantime, the Company continues to search, evaluate and conduct due diligence of new potential oil & gas exploration and production opportunities in Europe, CIS, Africa and Asia and will apply to the NSX with request that trading resume in due course.”

2 weeks later IOP was delisted!
