Do you mean you still advocate for the acquisition of NS in the future, or you remain content with your position at the time?

The 'risk' asserted by the 'yes-men' at the time of the proposal was that OBJ could not possibly launch or fund products without the NS acquisition. Furthermore, funding was unavailable anywhere else and that, without the expensive NS acquisition, key Directors would bail and the company would close.

The 'reward' envisaged at that time was being able to survive as a business, but it would be a business essentially operating to progressively transfer ownership and effective control of the company from now massively-diluted retail shareholdings to Danny and to service an additional large debt, for however many years that took.

To add insult to injury, we were going to pay our Company Secretary a lazy $1.5 million for the privilege of being 'introduced' to Danny.

There hasn't been much post-game analysis of that deal, because we want to be forward-looking and are all justifiably excited by the Reduit products, but it is worth being clear-eyed about what had really been in prospect.

Turns out, a modest bit of funding for Reduit operation was sufficient to produce and launch, even if funding was achieved via a very sweet deal for the Note holders, all in, or close to the company.

However, that arrangement is not the catastrophe for retail OBJ shareholders that the NS acquisition would have been, in my opinion, and if Reduit fulfills the great potential many shareholders see in it, the Notes become significantly less burdensome.

In the present, sunnier environment shareholders (yes, the existing, dirty old retail shareholders who carried OBJ to this point) have clearly become more amenable to the prospect of another CR, if that proves necessary.

On that topic, it is conceivable that Hairpods will be so tremendously successful and lucrative, that a CR will not be necessary.

However, product demand on the global market these days can explode rather than simply ramp-up.

In that happy event, overwhelming Hairpods demand would require funding for urgent expansion of manufacturing capacity. Maintaining strict quality control would mean any rapid expansion could not be done 'on the cheap'.

I'd expect a CR for that particular purpose would be leapt on with enthusiasm.
