This is exactly what I've been banging on about. Several times I have directly emailed board members requesting clarification on certain matters, the answers to which are not in commercial confidence or in breach of ASX rules. I have also stated on all correspondence that phone communication is unacceptable between a shareholder & board member. On all occasions I have rejected calls & voicemail requests for callback from board members. This clearly indicates certain things about this board.

The board are very happy to talk privately by phone knowing full well they cannot be held to account for anything discussed. It also suits their purposes for marketing purposes specifically directed to this forum.

To be very clear, information divulged that is not by official or accountable process is propaganda & manipulation of the simple minded.
