That is why I would rather buy at 25c on market.....more flexibility and certainty......

With the spp, you also generally get quite a bit of selling after allotment - another reason why the company prefers an issue to sophisticated investors over an spp.

They are clearly trying to limit dilution.....it's a balancing act really.

And obviously they expect the sp to be > 25c at the time of the spp (or it won't be successful).

They must have a plan re financing of field development and maybe this indicates that maybe they are considering debt?
