Do you really think that each AZZ holder wll be able to get $A15,000 or 60,000 shares of AZZ each?

With the 40 million shares added to the 184 million out you get 224 million and the ordinary 'scum' will get to add - WOW a whole 8 million shares!!!

Less than 5% of the previous outstanding shares and about 3% of the total new shares....

You been done diluted down the toilet. And that is if you get the whole $15k which you won't.

If you have a few shares and the price stays above 25 cents you might do ok. If you have a big holding .....well....welcome to the tank.

And for the $A10 million you'll get maybe TWO wells, if that, drilled for the dilution.
