At $78 per barrel they are making money for sure, question is whether enough to satisfy ASIC. Given all these precautions from the regulator this will open at 1c IMHO. The underwriter has had its money tied up for too long and wants to exit at a substantial profit and now is the opportunity to do so. Many will exit at 1c or even lower and the broker will take advantage of that.
