As I understand it re-listing is based on dialogue between ASX and WBE with the onus on the latter to meet ASX requirements. Even with COVID people can still talk to each other. At a guess it may be that WBE has insufficient funds to re-list and attempts to spruik the company to sophisticated investors are falling on deaf ears
