    I have already responded to GoMarkets with a formal Letter of Complaint (which is what is required before taking the next step with FICS/FIDO). They had 45 days to send me a reply, and guess what, they sent me a reply on the 45th day.
    As I guessed they refused on both options, to have to stock transferred to me or to stop charging interest until OCV resumes trading.

    Does this sound like a company that wants to work on a resolution to this mess?

    Anyway, I am now going to proceed to the next stage & talk to FICS to see what can be done.
