Has anyone heard anything more about pitching to sophs?

I would have thought they would offer to Tarus first, allowing them to actually increase their share of the company rather than dilute? Therefore, I have always been unsure as to why the free-float was an issue.......what have I missed? Can the "free"-float be released in a CR (which would be closed) or does it have to be released to the open market?

Dare we dream for a shareholder offer by way of compensation for delisting? To quote myself "I'm here to make money no hand-out charity." So probably not.
