Forgetting the fluffery surrounding your self perceived "gotcha" moment is it that you are suggesting that ASOF did not have the option to appoint a liquidator and then they could choose to bid or not for the IP? Would you also suggest that ASOF had not possibly been briefed on this option and if so perhaps could they have even considered it? Given your psychic powers to predict people's reactions you must know this.

Given that this is a fact, irrespective of whether they acted on it or not, how is this misleading, and why do I need to correct it?
