    I can't see it opening any lower than 15c imo, however I'm not sure how high it could open, depends on the factors you mentioned too

    The most recent RTO relisting I can think of was AZK-BRN, opened around 17c and never dropped thereafter. Crossed past 40c not long after too.

    BUD could do anything atm and if brokers were happy to be buying 20c + i'm sure it's going to be very postive post listing!
