Bunch of crooks alright..dias was appointed as part of ironsands in april 11 ,during which sti was pumping out all the pie in the sky announcements, PB is MD and AB is a non-exec& their located L1, 275 George st, Sydney, right next to where i work.. id love to run into PB the muppet..my understanding is that zodiac is the cash backing entity for the new IPO to proceed, much like an underwriter...when iron sands lists ill def be on HC warning potential investors as to the danger of investing $1..ill be bagging out the stock as much as possible and for good reason. Now what has ASIC got to say about this new venture? Nothing, their totally useless and so is William Buck, i would know i used to work in the field of insolvency..all we can hope for now is some consolidation of our holdings..
