I'm the same,agree with you on most things,but perhaps there is a technicality with the wording re the acquisition, The announcement about a month ago said that the existing shareholders in MWB had agreed to purchase the new shares in MWC as per the prospectus issued. Perhaps it has taken the last month for MWC to finally issue/allot the new shares. However,I feel exactly the same way as you,I do not like to be lied to or cheated or be deceived. Obviously the new shareholders in MWC,that is ,the old holders of MWB that took up the offer, have not had to wait very long,But,surely us patient Wer holders must carry some wait if they all feel the same way as us. As for the ASIC,I wonder if they would even be interested enough to follow things up? Good luck,I hope they answer your letter,they wouldnt respond to my emails. As I said previous post,they will probably vanish off the face of the earth,I know where I'd like them to finish up!! Hope you get a response from the company and also asic but I doubt it. The company hasn't replied to my emails. Brucey
