The whole thing is very peculiar. Why would Ferrier Hodgson suddenly contact shareholders at this stage if the Company is relisting. Then, when they did,make the terms of any settlement so difficult that most small shareholders would not be able to meet their conditions. If they are trying to clean out the registry, you would think they would be making it a simple matter.
