The Proposed Transaction will result in diluting the current Non-Associated Shareholders interest in CMR from 21.2% to as little as 4.1%.
but the joint venturers have completed scoping studies on developing a large underground base metal mine at the Browns deposit and a copper sulphate production project based on the Browns oxide deposit.. but Ravensgate say that there are no up to date resources estimates for either the oxide or sulphide deposit (jorc 2012) though work has been done in the past.
