This would be a the worst managed backdoor listing I've seen. It's got the lot: an inexperienced and apparently under advised board, no information, no clearly explained business plan and an indefinite suspension from trading. Oh and a bungled issue of a slab of shares to an unnamed director.
When this one comes back on the rush for the door will be eye-watering.
