Spoke with Martin Bennett an hour ago (at least I think it was him). He has been brought in to look after the boring stuff like asx requirements and which drawer the cheque book is in. As you know, the others are oilmen.
He said that Lion have the auditors in atm and provided they sign off, which they are due to do by the end of this week, then Lion will relist next week.
I remain sceptical about a relisting date given we've been told next week a few times previously, but he did say he was 100% confident about next week.
No surprises that the missing $3m is history. It's just too hard to trace with no audit trail and no-one helping. Even if we did know where the money had gone there'd probably be buckleys about getting it back.
Looking forward to next week. Any guesses on the opening price? Maybe a buying op as no doubt there'd be some dumping. That's what happened with Entek.
