Turnaround 13 you really should not insult Street Professor like that.

Investing in Arrium was not gambling.

It was investing in a company based on information that the board of directors supposedly gave the market as true, correct and up to date.

Investors (shareholders) did so, assuming the information was correct and timely from the directors.  

Clearly it wasn't.

There are laws against such conduct - the Corporations Law.  And if people have been deceived and misled by the directors we are potentially in with a chance to sue the directors for breach of such laws as people would not have invested their money if we were given the true financial picture as we should have been.
