    I wish it was this simple !!. Elect a new board, this time with a brain, take it out of VA and get on with the job. Oh and i forgot. Get rid of all the bloody parasites then in this current climate ARI will prosper.But i doubt this will happen because vultures seldom give up a corpse without a fight
