There has been not even been an invitation for a General Meeting...

There has been not even been an invitation for a General Meeting yet, so, we are far away from a relisting.

I would assume that the Lithium transaction got negotiated at a time when Lithium prices were higher and they went further down between deal and now.
So, maybe the terms do not make sense anymoreand they are looking for another transaction?
