    ,79 refers to the estimate of the quarter that funding provides. It shouldn't be included in the box that says $A,000.

    Cherrybar12 is correct.

    It's an estimate of the amount of the quarter that's covered.

    The dollar figure is actually item 8.6 divided by 8.3. That's 1,496 divided by (1.892) expressed in $A,000.
