I would have thought that negotiations would be well advanced by now. Back in March the capital raise was to get us through to September for a transaction or trade sale. A delay, and higher than forecast costs meant the directors went cap in hand to HC Wainwright. Sam Yakatan, Dr Mitchell Glass, Dr James Garner... these guys don't deal with junior employees at big Pharma. We have been on their radar for some time. I have no doubt that they have access to more trial data than we have been given. Numoda has been supplying real time data to potential partners as part of our agreement. Dr Glass said we were 30 and 0 at last years AGM when asked about a CPN10 partnership. Dr Collier said recently that Invion had approached up to 40 interested Pharma around our drugs. I am confident we will have news before Christmas.
