NBN won't have that much impact, just as Telstra currently doesn't. Its all about service and owning the Infrastructure.
As for East Coast, i don't think they are laying their own pipes down so cost is small. I think they have supply agreements in place with other Telco's (IInet?)
Looking to buy in at 10cents when it gets there.
