Currently AMM trading at a lower valuation than most mum & dad businesses sell for. The investments they have made in infrastructure & IIN are effectively being valued below cost even though these investments are providing healthy returns. Given that the Company's strategic direction and operational efficiency have also been top notch in recent years, you wouldn't expect their assets to be discounted like this, but that said they are not alone in the current market in this respect.
