Possibly a fem/many large loans not performing is scaring mum and dad? Australia's biggest lender and suddenly people are selling all they have to meet margin calls. CNP, ABS, AFG to name a few. For those with margin loans or the ones that matter tend to use multiple margin lenders as you don't have to disclose liabilities as long as you have a deposit. Maybe after selling all they own they are still coming up short, as margin loans can do!
