Probably due to BNB getting smashed. All the debt in the JV is limited recourse, so GPT can only lose their initial investment (and opportunity cost I guess!)... from memory that was around 15% of their asset base. I'm not too concerned. Hopefully they can offload their tourism portfolio, the falling dollar may attract buyers.
Looking forward to their results.
