What a deal. I surely must be missing something. Lion agreeing (possibly) to take on Hargreaves? And , looks like, someone has come up with a value toward $10m.Be still my beating heart.
HEG has a market cap less than $4m and may get $2m cash once agreed on value and the rest in Lion shares PLUS manage the project.
A brilliant deal for mine BUT I'm looking for the snake trap.Why does Lion love HEG enough to buy in and now, apparently, rescue?
