Remediation Contract

Just reading through SSM's contracting history, and it seems that it's got a good chance of getting the Remediation Contract from NBN soon to replace its existing Telstra Remediation Contract due to come to term end of CY2015, worth about 60mil revenue a year (¬15% of SSM run rate annual revenue).

According to Dec 14 agreement between NBN and Telstra, this remediation work is now NBN's responsibility.

Vision Stream will be a competitor potentially to share the load again.

Hopefully (for SSM holders, not including me), this is one of the contract under negotiation and close to signing as indicated by NBN:

For me it is a bit disappointing that SSM did not get any of these first round contracts, Considering these cover fibre to node and fibre to premises and fibre to basement work, as per Vision Stream news release, and DOW announcement.
