Remediation of Red Gully

Good morning All!

There appears to be several possible remedies available to Empire, depending on the nature, cause and severity of the current problems (which only a few know about, hence the suspension).   Can some of the geos out there put forward a couple of possible scenarios, possible solutions to those, and estimated costs.  Ultimately anything is possible if you have a large chequebook - but as that rules us out, I guess it would be nice to know where we stand (putting all emotions aside for one minute please).
