On to the next one and forget about this complex, crossclaimed ,interwoven, vexatious battle. See it for what it is. A opportunistic cash grab from CHM. If CHM was any type of company that turned a profit or did what other companies too. They might of been worth a punt to hedge my MMX portfolio, but from day one this has looked dodgy, to say the least.
Only one thing for sure. Those guys you mentioned arent as pure as the driven snow.
