Your last sentence does not make sense. If these guys are not as pure as driven snow then it is real problem for MMX.
If they are found to have carried out transactions as alledged in SOC then there is a real chance CHM will win a significant portion of asset.
Issue for CHM is ability to carry on fight.
Issue for MMX is that Mitsubishi will not write any more big cheques while this continues as there is a question mark over ownership of assets.
Neither party for different reasons can afford to drag case out.
MMX has been very quiet about its cross claims including former directors
