thanks all for your sympathy but ultimately its all my fault. I kept buying AFG in the belief it had a good growth profile & my worst case share price was around $9. As it fell, I kept buying thinking a turnaround was imminent but as we now know this has not happened yet. Ive essentially done this on margin loan. At times Ive sold at the worst time & then bought back again thinking it would bounce - but it has but only temporarily. Whilst this loss will cause me pain ultimately my life may be more peaceful without this consuming & sometimes depressing distraction.
