I'm kinda suprised that no one has mentioned Ralph Pickering's position at UXC.... Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

What I'm unsure of is what exactly this means. Would this then place him in a position of conflict of interest and rule out UXC as a potentil acquirer?

I think for the most part, the rest of the board are pretty solid. Especially Meekings, he is a superstar... my only real concern with him is the budget he would have to play with. He is used to companies with hundreds of millions in profit and would obviously have to scale down his approach for a company the size of IT&e.

The board is filled with good representation of banking and software experience. What concerns in particular do you have?
