With a large rights issue at 14c looming ITE is going nowhere in the immediate future.
The lack of transparency is a valid point; although the company points to 4 further deals they expect to close this half, they are still to be negotiated and/or are is in the concept stage. In other words they are not "signed, sealed & delivered".
ITE will need to close around 5 contracts or so every year to establish a reliable income stream and profitability.
