For someone who holds CNP you don't seem to understand much about the consequence of a sale CAF would make. My understanding is that CNP hold approximately 41% at a book value of $252.6m out of total CAF portfolio, so a sale that generated say $220m & assuming interest at 9.5% pa. gives them $220 million less debt & $20.9m less interest to pay each year(less impact of loss management fees for CAF).
I would have thought a positive move.
