that would be sure to create a slanging match....a pump and dump is in the eye of the beholder but there will always be true believers attached like a barnacle to a stock through thick and thin...and just occasionally their faith is rewarded. Anyone can get caught in a stock once but some stocks do it time after time after time and rely on new money to get sucked in, just look at some 5 year charts and there are patterns.
