Gotta agree with you there Sany,
HC is a lot better than a few years ago, it was pretty rampant (scuse the pun). It takes some time to weed out the irrelevent & get to know who is fair value on HC. It is very much buyer beware, but on the other hand can be some good gems in amongst the BS.
