All the money & expertise in the world won't help if they can't pull U out the ground at a market pleasing rate and price.
What works in Russia may not work in Wyoming, Nothings been proven yet that's why the Sp is at an all time low.
So maybe leave your grandiose pontificating pumping till they release an announcement that backs it up.
