If further exploration work can convert that resource to Indicated and/or Measured, it may be accounted for in the project’s economics and further enhance it.

Yep - and with all these tariffs US is trying to introduce - this is right where they want a resource, the US of A. They need to get a few runs on the board to regain some shareholder trust I suspect (is the main issue). On paper, purely from business perspective; this looks very very very fair value right now (as you say). Good one for the SMSF.
