I don't use charts, but I'm sure they have their place, but they are not for me. For me I look at the market cap, as well as other things. PEN $216mill compared to BOE $966mill, both in early stages of production, both proving more resource, both ISR, both in the early stages of serious growth BOE slightly more advanced and greater production in early days, but PEN's biggest asset is it is in the USA and may get preference for US utilities. I think PEN is grossly unervalued and I think someone else has worked that out as well hence the price movement.
